The Divine Mercy Chaplet
The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is recited using ordinary Rosary beads of five decades. The Chaplet is preceded by opening prayer from the Diary of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska and followed by a closing prayer.

The Seven Dolors (Sorrows) of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Our Lord said to Blessed Veronica of Binasco: “My daughter, the tears which you shed in compassion for my sufferings are pleasing to me, but bear in mind that on account of my excessive love for my Mother, the tears you shed in compassion for her sufferings are still more precious.”
There are 7 promises of Our Lady to those honoring her daily by saying seven Hail Marys while meditating on her tears and sorrows.
In addition, Jesus has granted 4 promises to those who are devoted to her sorrows.
